Soda is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own frontend in a TS/Angular app with Storybook components and Cypress tests, in front of a Java backend. You’ll shape the UI end-to-end, and the backend is yours to touch too. We value product engineers who talk to users, collaborate with PM, and ship without hand-offs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building frontend for real products.
• Expert TypeScript and Angular; strong React/Vue experience welcome
• Frontend craft: architecture, state management, rendering performance, responsive design
• Testing as a habit: e2e (Cypress/Playwright)
• Backend skills: read/modify a Java service and design APIs, SQL
• Agentic engineering: AI coding agents in the workflow
• Independent in a distributed, async team across 12+ countries
• Fluent English

Responsabilités

• Own complex, data-dense UIs: dashboards, monitoring views, large tables, diffs and drill-downs
• Drive component architecture, state management, and frontend performance
• Build with a component library and Storybook; keep design system coherent as product grows
• Write tests at every layer; Cypress e2e suite
• Build the frontend of agentic features: interfaces where users act on LLM-powered workflows
• Shape APIs you consume, and implement backend changes (Java) when needed
• Mentor backend-focused engineers on frontend, helping the team grow full-stack
• Work with product, design, and customers to decide what to build
