About the Role

We are seeking a senior front-end developer to join our technical team of 30 talented professionals. In this role, you will be able to work on impactful projects that directly enhance the dining experience for millions of users worldwide. You will be key in building a reliable and high-performing digital bill management solution, utilizing modern technologies such as TypeScript and React.

Beyond coding, you will collaborate with UX designers, backend engineers, and product teams to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces while ensuring the scalability and stability of our systems. Work Environment

We are a fully remote company, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work wherever you are while staying closely connected with your team through well-established communication and collaboration practices.

Each team comprises a key trio of roles: an Engineering Manager (EM) who guides and supports the team; a Product Manager (PM) who aligns the team’s efforts with the product vision; and a Directly Responsible Individual (DRI), a developer from the team who takes ownership of specific deliverables and ensures accountability.

Each team also includes a UX designer, ensuring a user-centered approach and intuitive interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.

Technical Environment

• Frontend: TypeScript, React
• Backend: Java, Kotlin

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced developer who takes a business-driven approach to development, ensuring that technical decisions are aligned with strategic objectives and deliver tangible value to our customers.

• Make intentional technological decisions that align with the company’s strategic objectives, balancing immediate needs with long-term sustainability while effectively managing support and technical debt.
• Emphasize reliability and maintainability to create a robust and scalable solution trusted by millions of users in production.
• Work closely with technical and business teams to ensure that solutions align with overall goals and create meaningful impact.
• Support other teams technically when needed (including backend), contributing to a collaborative environment and promoting shared responsibility for success.

About You

Proven experience in Frontend Development in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
