GXO is seeking a technically strong Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Continental Europe FP&A team in Neuilly-sur-Seine (3 days a week in the office). You will develop and maintain financial planning models and reporting tools to support decision making across Europe.

The ideal candidate has extensive FP&A experience, advanced Power BI development, and hands-on expertise with Alteryx, Snowflake, Hyperion/HFM, EPBCS and Smart View.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Advanced Power BI development skills for dashboards and analytics.
• Strong technical expertise in Alteryx and Snowflake for data automation and transformation.
• Advanced Excel skills with modelling and pivots; PowerPoint for executive presentations.
• Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), EPBCS and Smart View.

Responsabilités

• Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across multiple countries and functions.
• Develop, maintain and enhance financial models (Revenue, Margin, EBITDA, Opex, Capex, FCF, KPIs).
• Own and improve Power BI dashboards and reporting tools for decision-making.
• Build automated data processes using Power BI, Alteryx and Snowflake.
• Analyze large datasets and present insights to senior leaders.
• Identify risks, opportunities and performance trends; advise stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement by simplifying and automating reporting processes.
