We make life easier for SMEs through an advanced technology platform — including automation, APIs and AI — combined with dedicated expertise, offering the best of both worlds: the agility of a SaaS solution and the reliability of a trusted partner.

By simplifying complexity, iBanFirst helps thousands of bold companies seize global business opportunities with peace of mind — delivering simplicity, transparency and security.

Key figures
  • 350+ employees across 14 offices in 11 European countries
  • 30+ nationalities represented, average age: 32
  • 10,000 corporate clients trust us
  • €80M in revenue in 2025, with a target of around €100M in 2026
  • Profitable for three years
  • Ranked for 7 consecutive years in the Financial Times FT1000, among the fastest-growing European companies
  • An NPS of 87.5 — an exceptional score in our industry that reflects enthusiastic client feedback on the simplicity, speed and quality of our service
A strong culture built around 4 core values
  • Team First: The complexity of our industry demands collective intelligence. We prioritise cooperation, transparency and knowledge sharing. Success is a team effort, and decisions are made together.
  • Tenacity: We're transforming a challenging and highly regulated market. It requires endurance, fast learning and resilience — qualities rooted in our entrepreneurial DNA.
  • Transformation: Innovation is not a buzzword; it's a necessity in a constantly shifting and strategic sector. We innovate with intent: every technical, product or organisational improvement is designed for real impact.
  • Trust: Trust is the foundation of everything we build — with our clients and, above all, internally. It's driven by ownership, autonomy and a shared commitment to transparency, rigour and reliability.
Recruitment Context

As iBanFirst continues to scale — with €80M in revenue, strong year-on-year growth and a profitable business model — we are strengthening our Finance function to match the ambition and complexity of the Group.

We are looking for a senior FP&A Manager to join our Finance organisation following the departure of the current FP&A Manager.

You will report directly to the Deputy CFO, who will be joining iBanFirst shortly, and work closely with Arnaud De la Porte, CFO & Deputy CEO, on financial performance, strategic planning and business decision-making.

The Finance team is made up of 12 people across Paris, Brussels and London. It brings together FP&A, Controlling, Accounting and Treasury & ALM, and works closely with the wider business, including Sales, Marketing, Operations and Tech.

As FP&A Manager, you will manage and develop two FP&A Analysts (one Junior and one Senior).

What will you do?

As FP&A Manager, you will own the FP&A agenda and act as a senior financial partner to the Finance leadership team and the wider business.

Reporting & Performance Management
  • Own the monthly and quarterly financial closing and reporting process, delivering clear, reliable and actionable P&L analysis
  • Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting for senior leadership and the Board
  • Analyse business performance, identify key drivers and explain variances between actuals, budget and forecast
  • Ensure that financial reporting supports timely and high-quality decision-making
  • Challenge existing reporting practices and improve the relevance, speed and quality of the information provided
Budgeting, Forecasting & Strategic Planning
  • Lead the annual budget process, rolling forecasts and medium-term planning across the Group
  • Develop and maintain robust, multi-scenario and multi-country financial models
  • Support strategic planning, resource allocation and investment decisions
  • Build clear scenario analyses to assess the financial impact of strategic and operational decisions
  • Partner with business leaders to translate commercial and operational priorities into financial plans
Business Partnering & Strategic Analysis
  • Act as a trusted financial partner to senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Tech
  • Support go‑to‑market decisions, new market entries, product economics and investment cases
  • Develop a granular understanding of profitability by country, client segment and product line
  • Challenge business assumptions and provide clear, actionable recommendations
  • Help establish a strong performance management culture across the organisation
Investor & Strategic Topics
  • Prepare Board and investor materials, building a rigorous and compelling performance narrative
  • Contribute to investor discussions and management presentations
  • Support fundraising processes, including financial modelling, due diligence preparation and data room management
  • Contribute to M&A and strategic transaction analysis when required
  • Prepare business plans, investment cases and ROI analyses for strategic initiatives
AI, Analytics & Automation
  • Lead the use of AI and automation within FP&A to improve efficiency, reporting quality and analytical depth
  • Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting, data preparation, forecasting and variance analysis
  • Use AI tools to accelerate analysis while maintaining appropriate levels of control, accuracy and confidentiality
  • Develop data‑driven dashboards and analytical tools to improve visibility into business performance
  • Promote practical and responsible adoption of AI within the Finance team
Process Improvement & Data Quality
  • Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, data flows and reporting infrastructure
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems
  • Identify gaps in the existing setup and define a clear improvement roadmap
  • Build scalable ways of working that can support the continued growth of the Group
Team Management
  • Manage, coach and develop the Senior and Junior FP&A Analysts
  • Set clear objectives and expectations and provide regular feedback
  • Review and challenge the quality of the team’s deliverables
  • Develop the team’s autonomy and analytical capabilities
  • Create a culture of rigour, ownership, curiosity and continuous improvement

This role goes beyond reporting and forecasting. We are looking for someone who can challenge the existing FP&A setup, raise the quality of financial analysis, improve the way the team operates and make Finance a stronger business partner across the organisation.
