If you're a self-starter who enjoys driving clarity from complexity, and is excited to influence strategy through numbers—this role is for you.
We are seeking a hands-on, Senior FP&A Manager to take full ownership of financial planning and reporting for our French business, working directly with our Group CFO.
This is a highly operational, and independent role—where you’ll be expected to not only be strong with numbers but also inquisitive, bringing a deep curiosity to understanding our company’s operations and go-to-market dynamics.
Your core mission: transform the quality, clarity, and impact of our financial and GTM reporting to better support decision-making at both local and group levels.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary finance point of contact for our French entity, Optimum—becoming our first FP&A team member on the ground in France, with the opportunity to grow as we expand our presence and add more companies in the region
- Own all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for our French operations
- Work confidently with diverse and complex data—particularly related to GTM, pipeline, and revenue—and transform it into clear, actionable insights that drive decision-making
- Use tools like Excel and PowerBI to address data gaps, improve reporting, and ensure information flows are reliable and scalable
- Operate at eye level with executives, proactively challenge assumptions, and bring a deep curiosity to understanding our company’s operations and go-to-market dynamics
- Act as a trusted partner to French leadership: bring clarity to performance, question assumptions, and help drive better decisions
Your Profile
- Strong background in FP&A, ideally within a SaaS or private equity-backed environment, with hands-on experience improving GTM, RevOps, and revenue reporting processes.
- Fluency in French at a business level, with the ability to collaborate effectively with local teams and navigate French-language financial materials.
- Strong proficiency in working with data and reporting—comfortable in Excel, but also experienced in using other tools to automate reconciliation or reporting tasks and build scalable, easy-to-understand outputs
- Operate independently, make informed decisions, and build strong partnerships with both local commercial teams and group-level finance leadership.
- Bonus: Experience with M&A, post-acquisition integration, or engagement with private equity stakeholders is a strong plus, though not a requirement.
