Amgen France is recruiting a Financial Planning & Business Analysis Senior Manager to lead a team of four finance professionals, including two local direct reports and two ACCP analysts, and to own the affiliate forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning processes.

You will partner with Commercial, Medical, Access, HR and Supply Chain to drive performance, deliver insights to the Leadership Team, and lead finance transformation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an international finance team.
• 8–10 years in a similar international role, preferably in pharma.
• 2–3 years in management within an international finance dept.
• 2–3 years in accounting and 5–6 years in budgeting/planning.

Responsabilités

• Lead, develop and manage a team of four finance professionals.
• Own the affiliate forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning processes.
• Act as a strategic advisor to Leadership Team with financial insights.
• Partner with Commercial, Medical, Access, HR and Supply Chain to drive performance.
• Coordinate planning with FP&A and BAI teams across regions.
• Lead forecasting of revenue, expenses and operating profit.
• Drive finance transformation, process improvement and automation.
