Revolution Medicines in France is seeking a Senior Director, Strategic Planning and Operations to design and lead the France operating model ahead of AMM. You will align cross-functional teams, govern execution discipline, and build analytics capabilities to support performance across regulated biotech functions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance or Management.
• 12+ years cross-functional leadership with regional/global interfaces.
• Experience in biotechnology/pharma or regulated industries a plus.
• Proven ability to design governance and cross-functional ways of working.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Lead governance, processes, roles, and decision routines for readiness.
• Drive execution standards and cross-functional discipline.
• Coordinate alignment across Commercial, Finance, Medical, Regulatory, and HR.
• Develop analytics capabilities, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Lead enterprise analytics and performance improvements.
• Oversee omnichannel and congress/events strategy.
