Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in Transaction Services at a Big 4 or FP&A in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of French GAAP and month-end reporting.
• Confident in navigating discussions with senior stakeholders.

Role Overview

As a member of our international Finance team based in Paris, you will report directly to our Senior Finance Manager based in New York and play a critical role in helping the company scale efficiently.

The successful hire will be strongly engaged in providing both analytical input to important strategic decisions as well as assisting the management team with all finance-related matters.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll help drive sustainable growth : partnering with teams to scale the business while ensuring financial rigor and discipline remain at the core of our decisions.

Your responsibilities :

• Own and maintain the company’s SaaS metrics model (ARR, churn, new business); ensure data accuracy with our CRM, and resolve inconsistencies or edge cases
• Analyze financial performance vs. budget and forecast; communicate key variances and insights to internal stakeholders
• Partner with the Accounting team to review monthly financial data and ensure reporting accuracy
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reportings for the Board and investors
• Progressively grow into a Finance Business Partner role for EMEA-based teams such as Engineering, Services, CX, and G&A : reviewing actuals vs. budget, running scenario analyses, and supporting hiring and opex planning
• Contribute to the budgeting / forecasting process by consolidating inputs, supporting senior stakeholders in target setting, and helping build P&L and cash flow for long-term planning
• Manage monthly and quarterly commission calculations for EMEA and APAC teams; ensure accuracy and respond to questions or disputes
• Continuously improve FP&A processes through automation, simplification, and scalable tooling
• Master’s degree in Corporate Finance (or equivalent) from a top-tier Business or Engineering School
• 3–4 years of experience in a relevant field : Transaction Services at a Big 4 firm, or FP&A in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment
• Solid understanding of French GAAP and comfortable working with Accounting teams to ensure accurate month-end reporting
• Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets, and proficiency in presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Google Slides to communicate financial results effectively
• Confident navigating cross-functional discussions with senior stakeholders, including additional budget requests or commercial asks; able to offer thoughtful, creative alternatives aligned with company priorities
• Strong financial and business acumen : able to assess business needs, challenge assumptions, and balance growth needs with financial discipline
• Continuous improvement mindset : you proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes and enhance efficiency
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce) is a plus
• Full professional fluency in English is required; French is mandatory
