Apex Group is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Reporting Leader in France (Île-de-France) to drive the preparation and delivery of financial statements for Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Real Estate structures. You will ensure IFRS/US GAAP compliance and collaborate with onshore teams.

You will lead a high-performing team, establish reporting timelines, and implement robust controls while driving process improvements and risk management in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA/ACCA/CFA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Financial Reporting.
• Strong experience in Hedge Fund, Private Equity or Real Estate preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP reporting.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong client relationships with high satisfaction.
• Lead client communications regarding financial reporting disclosures.
• Review and oversee preparation of financial statements for hedge funds and real estate entities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP, and other frameworks.
• Develop and enforce reporting policies, timelines, and governance.
• Manage a high-volume, deadline-driven reporting team with accuracy.
