The position
As our new Director for Rare Endocrine Disorders, you will be at the heart of Novo Nordisk’s future growth and success. You will lead the development and implementation of the RED strategy, launch and lifecycle management plans and tactics that meet organisational objectives and short to medium term (5 year) business strategy.

Qualifications
You have a bachelor’s degree in business (Marketing, Business Administration, etc.) or Medicine. You are a strong marketeer from the pharmaceutical industry, including similar experience in a leadership role. You have experience in building relationships/networks with healthcare decision-makers (governments, payers, insurers, policy makers, KOLs, etc.) and internally in a matrix organisation. Strong organisational and people management skills are essential. Knowledge and understanding of the Rare Disease space, preferably in endocrinology, will be an advantage. As a person, you are a natural leader with proven ownership and accountability. You are a strong collaborator and communicator, capable of driving conversations with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders both in French and English. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrate to be an outside-of-the-box thinker. Finally, you share our passion and determination to improve patients’ lives.
About the department
The RED team in France is a part of a dynamic organisation and consists of eight highly skilled and ambitious professionals, focused on results, dedicated to business ethics and values of Novo Nordisk. As a Rare Endocrine Disorders (RED) Director, you will report to the VP, Rare Disease of Novo Nordisk France and collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional departments at different levels.
