Job summary

L'Oréal Finance & Legal seeks a Senior Finance Project Manager to design and scale performance management solutions on COMPASS, empowering over 3,000 finance controllers worldwide.

You will own solution design on COMPASS, drive agile delivery, and collaborate with global finance teams to implement IFRS 18 and innovative forecasting. Fluent in English and French; BAC+5 in Finance or related field required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Finance Transformation or EPM projects with functional ownership.
• Experience in Agile delivery and driving workshops with multiple controllers.

Responsibilities

• Own Solution Design & Modeling on COMPASS; translate needs into scalable models.
• Drive Business Intimacy & Financial Integration with Corporate, Zone, and Local controllers.
• Lead Strategic Transformations & Agile Delivery; manage backlogs, test strategies, and deployments.
• Champion Innovation: explore COMPASS opportunities including Agentic AI and cloud analytics.
