Job summary

L’Oréal Groupe is seeking a Senior Finance Project Manager in the FP&A Solutions team to design and scale innovative performance management solutions on COMPASS, empowering over 3,000 finance controllers worldwide.

You will own solution design, model multidimensional data, drive financial integration with stakeholders, and lead major transformations with agile delivery across the Group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Finance Transformation or EPM projects with functional ownership.
• Proven ability to run Agile coordination and workshops.
• Experience defining and executing test strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own Solution Design & Modeling on COMPASS: design robust multidimensional models.
• Drive Business Intimacy & Financial Integration with controllers across the organization.
• Lead strategic transformations with end-to-end agile delivery (e.g., IFRS 18).
• Champion innovation: prototype opportunities around COMPASS, AI, forecasting, cloud analytics.
