Job summary
L’Oréal Finance & Legal invites a seasoned Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Platform Lead to shape COMPASS and IBM Planning Analytics across 3,000+ finance controllers worldwide. You will own the platform roadmap, drive AI-driven enhancements, and coordinate with IBM to align product directions with L’Oréal’s finance strategy.

Qualifications
- 8+ years in EPM / planning solutions, with product or platform ownership experience.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale transformations and redesigns.
- Strong understanding of enterprise planning and finance processes.
- Experience building and validating AI-enabled solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication in an international matrix environment.
Responsibilities
- Own Platform Vision & Technical Direction and translateFinance priorities into a medium-to-long-term roadmap.
- Drive the Strategic Partnership with IBM and influence product roadmaps.
- Lead Platform Evolution, upgrades, and service sustainability across teams and vendors.
- Build and validate innovative AI-enabled prototypes (Agentic AI) and implement them.
- Safeguard architecture, chair Design Authority, and ensure maintainability.
