The role involves installing and testing equipment, troubleshooting issues alongside the sales team, and coordinating with production and marketing to resolve customer concerns efficiently. You will maintain service databases, provide routine servicing, answer inquiries, and assist with project support while adhering to safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical engineering.required.
• 4-5 years of experience in SPM machine assembly.
• Experience installing and testing equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Willingness to work at Chennai and Mumbai locations and coordinate with multiple teams.

Responsabilités

• Install and test equipment to ensure it runs smoothly.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions with sales team.
• Coordinate with production and marketing to handle issues promptly and cost-effectively.
• Maintain service and customer complaint databases for tracking.
• Provide routine servicing for installed machines.
• Answer calls regarding billing, product problems, service questions and general concerns.
• Lead or assist with project support.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
