Qualifications

  • Expérience en ventes B2B, idéalement avec des PME.

Senior Field Sales Representative – Fast Track to Territory Manager

We’re now looking for ambitious Senior Field Sales Representatives to expand our merchant base in key markets — and grow into future Territory Managers .

What You’ll Be Doing

Sell on the Ground

  • Actively sell our POS and card reader solutions to local small businesses
  • Own the field : refine sales pitches, uncover hotspots, and test acquisition strategies

Shape Your Territory

  • Map your region and lay the groundwork for future growth
  • Based on results, support the recruitment and onboarding of freelance sales reps

Drive Local Growth

  • Share market insights with HQ to help tailor go-to-market strategies
  • Test new tools, messaging, and partnerships to boost merchant acquisition

Grow into Leadership

  • After proving your success, transition into a Territory Manager role
  • Build and lead your own team of freelance Field Sales Representatives

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…

  • Have a proven track record in B2B field sales, ideally with SMEs
  • Love being out in the field and closing deals face-to-face
  • Are looking for career progression — from seller to team builder
  • Are self-driven, highly motivated, and performance-oriented
  • Understand your local market — or can learn it fast
  • Have experience in POS, payments, telecom, energy, or similar sectors
  • Excel in a commission-heavy environment and aim to overachieve
  • Experience managing or mentoring freelance or commission-based teams
  • A background in merchant tech, fintech, or SaaS
  • A track record of scaling sales in early-stage or new markets
