Lime for Business is seeking a Senior Field Marketing and Events Manager to build an event‑led demand engine and pipeline in global markets. This hands‑on role partners with Sales, Success, Product, and Partnerships to execute high‑impact live and hybrid programs with travel as needed.

You’ll own messaging, playbooks, speaker opportunities, and employer activations, turning events into measurable pipeline and customer momentum. Fluency in English is required; other European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in field marketing, events marketing, demand generation, or related roles.
• Experience marketing transportation, mobility, or HR solutions.
• Track record turning events into measurable pipeline and ROI.
• Fluent in English; European languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the field marketing strategy for Lime for Business.
• Plan and execute in-person and hybrid programs, including events and activations.
• Create a repeatable event-led lead generation motion from targeting to follow-up.
• Partner with Sales to identify target accounts and opportunities.
• Define success metrics and manage pipeline influence and ROI.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and timely lead handoff and reporting.
