IC Resources is seeking a Field Application Engineer to join an innovative semiconductor and AI company at the forefront of next-gen computing. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge RISC-V CPU and Generative AI/LLM projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll act as the primary technical contact for customers, helping to deploy and optimise AI/ML software across a range of applications, while working closely with internal teams in product, engineering, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers, supporting the deployment and optimisation of AI/ML solutions.
2. Architect and design scalable solutions for a range of AI applications, with a focus on Generative AI and LLMs.
3. Work closely with customers to understand technical requirements and provide tailored guidance.
4. Deploy AI software on cloud platforms and troubleshoot performance or reliability issues.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to inform roadmap decisions.
6. Deliver technical presentations and demos to stakeholders at all levels.

Skills & Experience

1. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.
2. Background as a Field/Application Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Sales Engineer in the AI/ML domain.
3. Strong programming skills in Python; C++ knowledge is a plus.
4. Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and hands-on with LLMs or vision models.
5. Skilled in deploying AI models in cloud environments.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
7. Proactive and passionate about AI innovation.
