Key Responsibilities

1. Simplify: Translate complex user needs into practical design solutions grounded in user research and data.
2. Collaborate: Lead workshops and partner with other design teams, conveying ideas through sketches, storyboards, high-fidelity mock-ups, and prototypes.
3. Learn: Conduct user research to uncover goals, validate designs, and refine processes.

We need an experienced designer with:

1. Expertise in design methodologies, from persona development to prototyping.
2. A proven track record of delivering outstanding user experiences that align with business objectives.
3. Strong skills in visual design, UI requirements definition, and crafting user flows.
4. Proficiency in tools like Figma, XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Keynote, or Sketch.
5. Exceptional communication skills to articulate sophisticated ideas clearly.
6. Confidence in presenting design rationale persuasively to all levels of the organisation.
