Job summary

Eurazeo is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Sustainability & Impact team in Paris. You will own ESG data processes, digitalize data collection across 600+ portfolio companies, and produce regulatory analytics and dashboards to support investment decisions and LP communications.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in ESG data analysis, strong SQL and Power BI skills, knowledge of SFDR/CSRD/EU Taxonomy, and experience with Snowflake and Python.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of ESG or sustainability data analysis experience.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for analytical querying.
• Strong command of Power BI or equivalent BI tool.
• Fluency in French and professional English proficiency.
• Experience with ESG frameworks: SFDR/CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy, GHG Protocol.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and maintain ESG data sources with cross-portfolio standards.
• Lead digitalization of ESG data collection across 600+ portfolio companies.
• Collaborate to improve data quality, traceability, and dataset accessibility.
• Produce regulatory analytics and dashboards for investors and regulators.
• Perform benchmarking, trend analysis, and impact scoring for due diligence.
• Build predictive models to assess ESG and climate risk exposure.
• Act as AI power user: develop prompts and workflows for analytics.
• Monitor ESG data providers and AI tooling for workflow improvements.
