Sia is seeking an analytical ESG Performance & Reporting Manager to strengthen our ESG program and drive measurable progress across the Group, based in Paris.

The role combines ESG reporting, data management, and external assessments such as EcoVadis and CDP, plus project management of our ESG action plan across functions and geographies.

You will lead dashboards, improve data governance, and contribute to group-level reporting under frameworks like GRI and CSRD.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant ESG, sustainability, CSR, reporting, or data analysis experience.
• Experience preparing EcoVadis and/or CDP submissions preferred.
• Good knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and disclosure requirements.
• Strong data management, analysis, and visualization skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the ESG action plan with owners, milestones, and KPIs.
• Monitor progress, identify gaps, and support action owners through implementation.
• Coordinate collection, validation, and consolidation of ESG data across functions.
• Develop dashboards and management reports to track ESG performance.
• Improve data quality, governance, traceability, and audit readiness.
• Lead EcoVadis, CDP, and other ESG assessments and disclosures.
• Translate assessment results into prioritized improvement actions.
• Contribute to Group-level ESG reporting and CSRD/GRI frameworks.
• Support external assurance, certifications, and audits with data evidence.
• Respond to ESG-related RFIs and contribute to RFPs.
