Job summary

Tikehau Capital is seeking a motivated ESG intern in Île-de-France to join the sustainability team. You will assist in 2026 ESG reporting campaigns, support regulatory disclosures, and help enhance tools and processes across the group.

With strong analytical skills, you will help benchmark ESG performance, contribute to due diligence questionnaires, and prepare presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Final- or penultimate-year student from a top business or engineering school.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills: ability to approach problems logically and systematically.
• Attention to detail: meticulous data entry, report formatting and documentation.
• Dynamic and proactive in suggesting new ideas with urgency and results focus.
• Excel and PowerPoint advanced skills; Power BI a plus.
• Familiarity with ESG reporting standards (SFDR, CSRD) and frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, France Invest).
• Knowledge of the R21 reporting tool is a plus.
• Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the ESG team in 2026 ESG Reporting Campaign and project management.
• Assist with regulatory ESG reporting requirements and sustainability disclosures.
• Improve tools and processes; propose training and enhance research capabilities.
• Contribute to ESG analysis, scoring, benchmarking and decarbonization tracking.
• Help complete due diligence questionnaires across investment opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and ESG legal/marketing materials for stakeholders.
• Group-level: support ESG group reporting initiatives and communication.
