Job summary

Vinted is seeking an Equipment Engineer to own maintenance of automated equipment, including cross-belt sorters, with involvement from FAT/SAT to ramp-up. You will work with OEMs/integrators, define maintenance plans, and ensure safety and compliance on site in a high-visibility role.

You'll lead technical reviews, develop spare-parts strategies, train technicians, and drive improvements across the maintenance lifecycle, including availability targets and robust documentation.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in automation, electrical, mechatronics or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own maintenance across the equipment lifecycle from FAT/SAT to ramp-up and handover.
• Build and maintain the equipment technical file (drawings, software, backups).
• Develop maintenance strategy including preventive and corrective actions.
• Train the operations team and act as level-2/3 expert on site and remotely.
• Lead escalations and manage vendor/SLA interactions.
