Job summary

Altea Energy is seeking a FPSO Project Control Lead in France to oversee contract engineering and claims management for designated offshore projects. The role focuses on contract development, governance, bid evaluation, and coordinating with legal teams.

The incumbent will drive complex CFT considerations (CCFT, OBE/OBT, FEED+), coach contract engineers, and serve as SPOC for selected projects when required, ensuring on-time delivery and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• EPC contract professional with extensive project experience.
• Ability to influence and manage across stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Capable of handling heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for contract and procurement activities on designated capital projects.
• Develop and administrate the CFT packages and manage clarifications with bidders.
• Evaluate bids and contribute to award recommendations.
• Assist on Claim Management and prepare claim dossiers.
• Coordinate with Legal and ensure governance for contracts process.
• Act as SPOC for designated projects if required.
