Planon, a global provider of workplace and smart building management solutions, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own complex enterprise SaaS implementations from scoping to go-live across EMEA. You will define delivery approaches, align senior stakeholders, and drive structured delivery in evolving projects.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage governance, mitigate risks, and balance customer ambitions with a scalable implementation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in complex external project environments (enterprise SaaS or ERP).
• Proven ability to quickly understand new domains and translate complexity into structured delivery plans.
• Strong governance, planning, and senior stakeholder management skills, including C-level exposure.
• PMI certification (or equivalent) is required or strongly expected.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex international SaaS implementation projects from early scoping and planning through go-live across EMEA
• Define delivery approach, governance, and implementation structure together with enterprise customers, translating early expectations into a realistic and executable delivery plan
• Translate ambiguity into clear scope, aligned stakeholder expectations, and structured delivery plans that hold up in execution
• Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams including consultants, architects, offshore resources, and partners
• Manage senior stakeholders and proactively prevent risks and escalations through structured governance and continuous alignment
• Protect Planon’s standard product model by balancing customer ambition with a scalable implementation approach and limiting unnecessary customization
