Your Opportunity:

Technical context: Your job will be to lead half of the engineering organization for the Tenable Identity Exposure product (around 25 people).

Your Responsibilities:

• Participate in putting together the high-level strategic product vision in close relationship with the VP Engineering, the VP Product, the other director, and the Senior Product Managers.
• Share the high-level vision with Product Owners (managers) and teams.
• Help the team translate this vision into impactful features and changes.
• Be a People Manager and Coach for Engineering Managers.
• Improve organizational processes both within teams and across our organization’s perimeter, and beyond it when working with external parties.
• Ensure that the technical decisions taken by the team are aligned with the product vision.

What You'll Need:

• You have managed teams, ideally teams of managers, for several years and have been responsible for roadmaps, product decisions, and providing reliable estimates of delivery dates.
• Software engineering experience; a solid background in software engineering is required.
• This experience allows you to understand the technical issues our teams are facing.
• Customer-centric mindset; your ultimate satisfaction comes from creating great products that make a difference for their users.
