We’re Hiring a Senior Engineering Manager – Oil & Gas!

Join a global leader in energy infrastructure! We’re looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to take charge of large-scale oil & gas projects and lead multidisciplinary engineering teams with strategic vision and technical excellence.

Location : Europe (Relocation Assistance Available | Hybrid Work Possible)

Contract Type : Full-time, Permanent

Sector : Oil & Gas – Onshore & Offshore Projects

Your Responsibilities :

• Provide high-level technical leadership and strategic guidance for major oil & gas projects.
• Supervise engineering operations from concept design through to commissioning.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers.
• Ensure compliance with international safety, environmental, and technical standards (API, ASME, ISO).
• Oversee coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, and client stakeholders.
• Support business development activities including tender reviews, feasibility studies, and client presentations.
• Track project KPIs and promote continuous improvement across teams.
• Identify performance gaps and lead efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
• Promote best practices in design execution, resource allocation, and team collaboration.

Project Support & Documentation :

• Ensure high-quality technical documentation and interface alignment across all phases of execution.
• Provide clear reporting and decision-making support to internal leadership and external partners.

What We’re Looking For :

Education :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Process, Civil, or Petroleum Engineering (or equivalent).

Experience :

At least 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Skills :

• Proven ability to lead complex EPC / EPCM projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering codes, industry standards, and project management frameworks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Europe and internationally as needed.
