Job summary

Amazon France Transport SAS - F15 seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer for Southern Europe (France, Italy, Spain) based in Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, or Milan. You will be the electrical authority for the Delivery Station network, delivering results through others, shaping standards and steering technology projects.

Travel 20-25%, lead upstream electrical engineering for site installations including EV charging, own the 3-year electrical roadmap, and upskill field teams across three countries.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• Significant experience in electrical engineering within industrial, logistics, or infrastructure environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects across multiple sites and countries.
• Experience influencing and delivering results through others without direct line management.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); proficiency in French, Italian, or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Define the electrical strategy for future Delivery Stations: lead upstream engineering for new site installations and technology deployments, including EV charging infrastructure, with design, construction, and central engineering teams.
• Own the 3-year technology roadmap (electrical scope) across the Southern Europe network, ensuring safe, high-performance electrical systems.
• Upskill field teams on electrical standards and processes through training programs across three countries.
• Drive cross-regional knowledge sharing with UK and Central/Northern Europe counterparts to scale innovations while respecting local regulations.
• Contribute to RME Leadership Team priorities, including strategic planning, talent development, and safety governance.
