Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual to work closely with the Digital Customer Relationship Leadership Team to support company ambitions, strategic priorities, and growth plans through Digital Transformation.

The team manages end-to-end technology applications to provide a frictionless digital relationship for customers and frontline employees, enabling growth and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Specialize in KPI management, automation, tracking, and best practices to measure and evaluate reporting KPIs.
  2. Assist in organizing and collaborating with KPI experts, PMO community, and digital team for portfolio centralization.
  3. Apply digital acumen to understand related business and digital engagements.
  4. Organize DCR project management office connected with all capabilities.
  5. Support leadership in strategic projects and explore new technologies with a consulting mindset.

Your role:

The Project Governance & Quality Management Specialist will impact productivity by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and facilitating communication among digital capability leaders and the PMO community.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Define objectives with leadership on digital initiatives across marketing, sales, customer support, pricing, order management, and services.
  • Monitor program timelines, milestones, and deliverables; communicate proactively with stakeholders and mitigate risks.
  • Define digital value realization metrics, implement measurement processes, and monitor improvement actions.
  • Assist in program management, highlight business impacts, and support digital adoption and traffic analysis.
  • Participate in annual portfolio alignment and validation of strategic investments, monitor consumption, and manage forecasting.
  • Oversee strategic initiatives from development to execution under senior leadership guidance.
  • Improve processes for efficiency and productivity.
  • Support team cadence to enhance collaboration and success.

Your profile:

The ideal candidate has experience in business management, IT transformation, change management, and knowledge of the SE landscape, with excellent communication skills.

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in strategy, marketing, offer management, communication, project management, or data analytics.
  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and achieve results.
  • Knowledge of Schneider’s vision and business.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
