Strativ Group is seeking a hands-on hardware engineer to own a drone platform end to end — from mechanical design to firmware and testing in water.

You will design airframe CAD, integrate electronics, develop embedded firmware in C/C++, and build the software tools used by the workshop and trials, with an emphasis on rapid iteration and manufacturability.

The role offers a fast-paced environment in the Paris area with equity potential and the chance to shape a product from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hardware development with end-to-end product shipping.
• Strong CAD skills and rapid prototyping experience.
• Embedded electronics experience with PCBs and sensor integration.
• Firmware development in C/C++ on microcontrollers.

Responsabilités

• Mechanical design of airframes, CAD, rapid prototyping for manufacturability.
• Electronics: PCB design, sensor integration, power management, motor control.
• Firmware: low-level embedded software for sensors and controls.
• Integration and testing: prototype assembly, pool and sea trials.
• Develop software tools for telemetry, data analysis, and internal tooling.
