In this role, you'll leverage your depth understanding of the market and competitive landscape and formulate a winning strategy that can be translated into actionable tasks resulting in above market average growth for Infineon in the mass market. You will be leading a team of senior sales representatives across EMEA South West (Italy, France, Iberia, Belgium & North Africa), driving sales growth by a strategic development of the business through the channel to meet and exceed defined target.
In your new role you will :
- Apply the knowledge of market conditions , competitor information, and trends to help determine team / function strategies and direction by : Translate strategy into sales activities to meet and exceed the defined sales objectives Maximize the business for all Infineon products in the designated area according to the business plan agreed with Regional Sales Management and Distribution Account Management
- Cascade business plan down to the branch level to drive growth locally with distributors prioritizing time on the most important branches
- Utilize your strong relationship with distributor management (Regional Sales Manager, Sales Director, Technical Director level) to drive distributors' activity in favor of Infineon
- Maintain management relationship with key Mass Market customers to early identify trends and customer requirements
- Use a thorough understanding of the market and semiconductor applications to translate customer / market requirements to product experts so that solution proposals based on existing and new products can be generated
- Promote Infineon's value proposition to customers in cooperation with Distributors Sales, and FAEs to design-in Infineon products
- Support regular internal business & project reviews with product lines, FAEs, and provide structured feedback on demands and requirements from Distribution partners, markets, and customers
- Ensure all portfolios sell via channel to maximize Infineon product content with each customer following a product-to-system approach
- Hold quarterly reviews with distributors in sub-regions to drive accountability (Implements corrective actions if necessary)
- Ensure Distribution Sales and FAEs in territory enablement from Infineon product offering to “how to” sell Infineon products (align training requirements, certification, access to collateral, support function…)
- Manage team priorities so that the team spends significant time with customers together with Distributors Sales, and FAE to win for Infineon
- Provide leadership and coaching to the team of field sales engineers, as well as provide them with strong capabilities, complementary skills, aligned focus, and high morale

You are best equipped for this task if you have :
- A degree in Electronic / Electrical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business / Marketing Administration, or similar fields of studies
- At least 10 years of experience in the distribution sales of semiconductor products
- At least 3 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager leading and motivating a high-performance sales team
- Proven track record of growing business in the distribution environment above the market average
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales methodologies
- Willingness to travel as required to fulfil the duties of this position
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
