Job Description: Senior Director, Human Resources - WE, Colombes

Join us as the Western Europe HUB HR Senior Director at Colgate! This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape HR strategies across France, Belgium, and the Netherlands, supporting a diverse workforce of over 450 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. People Partnering: Collaborate with leadership to develop solutions that maximize performance and anticipate business needs. Understand local market factors and leverage data for insights.
  2. Talent Management: Support recruitment, onboarding, talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational design. Drive change management and employee engagement initiatives.
  3. Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, advise managers on employee issues, and champion ethical standards and diversity initiatives.
  4. Leadership: Lead a team of 6 direct reports and 10 indirect reports across 3 countries, connecting the company's purpose with team activities and fostering a culture of candor and recognition.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years implementing HR initiatives
  • At least 2 years in an HR Specialty Area
  • International experience (at least 1)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing or consumer products industry
