You will champion the development and implementation of robust H&S strategies, ensuring full regulatory compliance while fostering a world-class safety culture. This role demands a visionary leader capable of influencing cross-functional teams and implementing industry-best practices to minimize risk and achieve ambitious safety performance goals.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute the European H&S strategy, aligning safety milestones with broader business objectives.
• Cultivate a "Zero Incident" organizational culture by architecting risk-reduction programs across all operations.
• Safeguard the business by ensuring rigorous compliance with local and international safety regulations and certifications.
• Standardize safety processes across diverse sites using our newly developed, proprietary safety framework.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Site Operations leadership to integrate safety into the heart of production practices.
• Leverage data to track KPIs, providing senior leadership with actionable insights and performance reports.
• Lead high-stakes incident investigations, ensuring deep root-cause analysis and the execution of effective corrective actions.
• Act as the primary representative for safety matters with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders across Europe.
• Orchestrate internal and external safety audits to ensure consistent best-practice standards across all regions.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of safety experts, fostering professional growth and succession planning.

What You’ll Bring
