This role will identify high-impact opportunities across the food industry, leveraging industry expertise to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen brand value, and shape investment strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of success in operational management, market expansion, and investment strategy within top-tier food companies, particularly in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Strategy & Excellence
   Lead operational optimization across European business units, improving production efficiency, cross-functional collaboration, and cost control.
   Develop and execute product innovation and market expansion plans to reinforce competitive advantages in the food sector.
2. Strategic Investments & Capital Allocation
   Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in the food industry and adjacent sectors to drive long-term value creation.
   Advise on capital allocation strategies (e.g., mergers, partnerships, divestments) aligned with Fosun’s portfolio priorities.
   Collaborate with Fosun’s investment teams to assess risks and returns of potential investments.
3. Market & Brand Strategy
   Analyze consumer trends and competitive landscapes to define brand positioning and marketing strategies for market share growth.
4. Team & Process Management
   Manage European regional teams, optimize organizational structures, and cultivate high-performing talent pipelines.
   Drive digital transformation and process upgrades to enhance operational transparency and decision-making efficiency.
5. Industry Insights & Resource Integration
   Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the European food industry (e.g., suppliers, partners, investors).
   Monitor regulatory changes, technological innovations, and industry trends to inform operational and investment decisions.

Candidate Requirements

1. 10+ years of experience in operational management, market expansion, and/or investment roles within the food/consumer goods sector, preferably in Europe.
2. Deep expertise in the food industry, with knowledge of operational models and consumer trends.
3. Dual mindset combining operational excellence with strategic investment acumen.
4. Strong network across European food industry players and investors.
5. Fluent in French and English, with cross-cultural communication skills.
