Key Responsibilities:

• Shaping the vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative and high-impact R&D digital products.
• Leading cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data science, and scientific domains.
• Collaborating closely with R&D and digital stakeholders to ensure alignment with scientific priorities.
• Shaping your product area, contributing to broader thinking across the Accelerator, and helping define how AI is applied within R&D in practice.

Candidate Profile:

• Background in data-intensive environments with experience working closely with engineering and data science.
• Familiarity with complex or regulated industries such as pharma, healthcare, insurance, banking, energy, or automotive.
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders.
• Full professional fluency in English and French.
