Schneider Electric in France seeks an experienced Product Owner to bridge product strategy and execution for enterprise web applications supporting switchboard configuration. Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Product Management, Business, or a related field.
• Significant experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar digital product delivery role.
• Experience managing and prioritizing a software product backlog.
• Solid understanding of Agile product delivery and value-driven prioritization.
• Comfortable working with Product Management, development teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Experience operating within Agile environments; SAFe experience is a strong advantage.
• Experience working with global or distributed teams is highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Own and maintain the squad backlog, ensuring it remains transparent, prioritized, and delivery-ready.
• Convert product priorities into clear features, enablers, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive backlog refinement and ensure sufficient work is prepared for upcoming iterations and planning activities.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Technical Leaders, architects, developers, and testers to clarify requirements, assess feasibility, and identify dependencies, assumptions, and constraints.
• Ensure backlog items meet the agreed readiness criteria before implementation.
• Contribute actively to SAFe events such as PI Planning, iteration planning, reviews, demos, and other SAFe ceremonies.
• Help define squad objectives aligned with business outcomes, priorities, capacity, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate scope and delivery expectations with Product Management and stakeholders.
• Identify and communicate risks and cross-squad dependencies early.
• Work closely with other Product Owners to support synchronized delivery.
