ARC-One Solutions in Île-de-France seeks a Product Owner to maximize value delivered by Agile teams. You will prioritize backlogs, align with customer needs, and shape the product vision and roadmap within SAFe.

Collaborate with business leaders, UX, engineers, and stakeholders to translate insights into stories and acceptance criteria, guide UAT, and support the new way of working.

This role emphasizes customer-centricity, market research, and continuous delivery of value across multiple streams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in product design, management, or related field.
• 3+ years in SaaS or FDA-regulated product environments.
• 5+ years as product owner or SAFe experience preferred.
• Experience with Design Thinking tools is a plus.

• Own and prioritize the team backlog with input from stakeholders.
• Contribute to product vision and roadmap; communicate during PI Planning.
• Engage with customers throughout the product life cycle; adopt a customer-centric mindset.
• Guide story creation and acceptance criteria; ensure built-in quality.
