Proton Technologies AG in Paris is seeking a senior DevOps Platform engineer to own and scale CI/CD infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments. You will deepen GitOps workflows with ArgoCD, bolster supply chain security, and troubleshoot complex infrastructure across network, application, and system layers.

The role demands strong Kubernetes expertise, hands-on CI/CD with GitLab CI, and programming skills in Python, Go, or Rust.

Qualifications

• Strong Kubernetes experience under real load on on-prem Linux systems.
• Hands-on CI/CD background with GitLab CI is a plus.
• GitOps in practice, ideally with ArgoCD.
• Software development skills in Python, Golang or Rust.
• Configuration management experience with Ansible and/or Terraform.
• A security mindset grounded in DevSecOps practices - supply chain security experience is a genuine advantage here.
• The communication skills to work effectively across teams and document your work clearly.

Responsabilités

• Own and scale CI/CD infrastructure handling tens of thousands of jobs daily and growing.
• Deepen our GitOps workflows built on ArgoCD, from day-to-day operational improvements to more structural work on how we manage cluster state across environments.
• Advance our supply chain security posture - SAST and artifact attestation initiatives.
• Troubleshoot hard infrastructure problems across network, application, and system layers.
