Proton’s DevOps team is responsible for the developer tooling platform and infrastructure used by hundreds of engineers daily, across on-prem and cloud environments. The role focuses on scalable CI/CD, GitOps with ArgoCD, and strengthening supply chain security.

You will work at the intersection of fast delivery and robust security, ensuring reliability under load and clear cross-team collaboration in a distributed, office-first environment in Paris.

Formación

• Strong Kubernetes experience under real load and tuning on-prem Linux systems.
• Hands-on CI/CD background, GitLab CI preferred.
• GitOps in practice, ideally with ArgoCD.
• Software development skills in Python, Golang or Rust to build/maintain tooling.
• Configuration management with Ansible and/or Terraform.
• Security mindset with DevSecOps and supply chain security experience.
• Clear cross-team communication and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Own and scale CI/CD infrastructure handling tens of thousands of jobs daily and growing.
• Deepen GitOps workflows with ArgoCD and manage cluster state across environments.
• Advance supply chain security posture, including SAST and artifact attestation.
• Troubleshoot hard infrastructure problems across network, application, and system layers.
