Job summary

Keoni in Paris is seeking a Senior DevSecOps expert to build, run, and advance the DevSecOps platform, ensuring secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native tooling across teams.

You will administer and develop the platform, improve GitLab HA, deploy GitLab Ultimate, automate deployments, and promote security standards while coaching users and driving performance testing. This role requires leadership in high-volume environments and strong collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• DevSecOps leadership and hands-on platform ownership.
• Experience with CI/CD and security-focused tooling.
• Strong cloud and container orchestration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administer and develop the DevSecOps platform.
• Ensure the build, run, and support of the tools.
• Strengthen the GitLab infrastructure (high availability, high data volume).
• Deploy GitLab Ultimate.
• Streamline deployments and automate operations.
• Implement DevSecOps and security standards.
• Participate in the migration of tools to the cloud.
• Support users and share best practices.
• Perform technical, performance, and load testing.
