We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join HrFlow.ai, an AI startup focused on solving labor market and employment challenges using AI. After extensive research and development at prestigious institutions, HrFlow.ai was founded in June 2016 and has developed proprietary AI and workflow technology to unify HR data, identify suitable candidates without bias, and automate processes.

The role involves collaborating with Software Engineering, AI, and Product teams to automate workflows, scale cloud infrastructure, and monitor systems for high availability. You will help build and maintain a platform that enables efficient and secure code deployment.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with product and engineering teams to improve developer experience.
• Promoting DevOps best practices and tooling across the company.

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Approximately 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering roles.
• Expertise in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
