Senior DevOps Engineer at AI Startup

After two years of intense AI research and development at Ecole Normale Supérieure and Ecole Centrale Paris, HrFlow.ai was founded in June 2016 to solve labor market and employment challenges at scale using AI. We have developed proprietary AI and workflow technology that unifies HR data silos, identifies the right candidates without bias, and automates processes. In 2018, we secured $3M from prominent investors including Xavier Niel, Dominique Vidal, and others, and have since grown independently.

We focus on AI engineering, problem-solving, and business. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with Software Engineering, AI, and Product teams to automate workflows, scale cloud infrastructure, and monitor systems for high availability. Your role includes building and maintaining a robust platform to enable efficient and secure code deployment.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve developer experience.
• Contribute to DevOps culture with best practices and tooling.
