• 6+ years supporting developers at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience with API-first products and developer ecosystems.
• Strong written and spoken English; French is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end technical support for developer customers, triage, investigate and resolve issues with Engineering when needed.
• Onboard new customers, partnering with Sales and Engineering for smooth integration.
• Proactively monitor accounts to spot usage anomalies and opportunities to improve experience.
• Develop deep understanding of clients' businesses and user interactions with the platform.
• Reproduce integrations and provide exact requests/responses with clear explanations.
• Help build the support function: runbooks, on-call, SLAs, escalation paths.
• Introduce AI workflows to triage, log-analysis, or response drafting that save time.
• Be a calm, technical presence during incidents and contribute to post-incident reviews.
