Prelude, based in Paris, is redefining authentication and onboarding with a modern Go-based stack. We serve fast-growing European clients while expanding into the US, building scalable services that block fraud and deliver strong conversion.

You will design and scale distributed systems, contribute to Next.js frontend work, and evolve the Prelude API to stay industry-leading in usability and performance. Hybrid Paris role with strong impact and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and engineering large-scale systems.
• Proficient in Go; knowledge of Rust/TypeScript a plus.
• Preference for simple, scalable architectures.
• Product-led mindset with focus on impact.
• Fluent/professional English in an international team.
• Experience building frontends with React or Vue is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and scale a distributed system using Go, DynamoDB, SQS, Redshift and Lambdas.
• Develop a snappy full-stack app with Next.js on Vercel and gRPC.
• Advance the next version of the Prelude API for usability, performance and features.
• Ensure services are scalable, extensible, reliable and performant.
• Help deploy and scale fraud prevention models for large customers.
• Develop and maintain internal tools to improve developer efficiency.
• Interact with clients daily to tailor features and support needs.
• Participate in on-call rotations to guarantee API reliability.
