Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in IT, ideally with management experience.
• Experience with Windows 7 and Windows 10 administration.
• Familiar with application virtualization technologies.

Responsabilités

• Enhance the Workstation Master.
• Write procedures and technical documentation for Helpdesk.
• Manage incident escalations from various support teams.
• Align services between different Masters and create synergy.
• Build an end-user service catalog in collaboration with Helpdesk.
• Propose and validate technical solutions for workstation evolution.
