Qualifications

• Minimum experience in FMCG packaging and leading design projects.
• Strong conceptual thinking, craft, and collaboration.
• Portfolio shows bold, original thinking across digital and print.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptual exploration through research, ideation and sketching.
• Develop and deliver high-quality design ideas from concept to production.
• Collaborate with clients, the Creative Director and project teams to shape direction and solve complex design challenges.
• Bring a clear point of view, offer constructive feedback and help raise the quality of the work.
• Support and guide junior designers as they develop their ideas and craft.
• Contribute to competitive, innovative design strategies and plans.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining consistency and a high standard of delivery.
• Use AI thoughtfully to support research, inspiration and more efficient ways of working.
