Division: Group Digital Capabilities (GDC)

You will join the Screen Engagement Interface (SEI) Tribe in the GDC division.

Main objective of this Tribe is to deliver Euroclear customers frontend services and products, reliably and stably, to supervise activities, enable reporting, and facilitate transactions.

You will be responsible for an application or solution, ensuring its evolution aligns with guidelines (Architecture, Business Continuity, Security, Performance, Technical Design), and that proper monitoring and actions are in place. You will also design applications to meet business and operational requirements, compatible with enterprise-wide architectural principles.

You will be the guardian of an application or solution, responsible for its evolution in line with guidelines, ensuring proper monitoring and actioning. You will design applications to meet business and operational needs, aligning with architectural principles.

The Role:

1. Design sophisticated systems and contribute to supervision and validation of development processes, collaborating on analysis and coding activities.
2. Guide and support IT developers in improving application software in production.
3. Support application software in production by fixing problems and making improvements (problem management, root cause analysis, solution design, reducing technical debt).
4. Create program specifications for critical applications and oversee coding, testing, and debugging.
5. Ensure application security & resiliency: error handling, restartability, recovery, backup, disaster recovery, availability.
6. Maintain event management, monitoring, and alert systems for application failures.
7. Maintain technical and functional documentation, including production support documents.
8. Ensure the technical framework supports defined service offerings and SLAs.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in designing sophisticated solutions.
2. Technical knowledge in domain-driven architecture, API, .NET technologies, and underlying databases.
3. Comprehensive understanding of all phases of application design, development, and testing.
4. Ability to analyze existing codebases.
5. Experience supporting production software, fixing problems, and implementing enhancements.
6. Agile mindset and willingness to tackle tasks outside of comfort zones.
7. Effective communication skills for interacting with business and technical teams.
8. Strong analytical skills and interest in complex problem environments.
9. Ability to produce clear and structured documentation.
10. Capability to review and challenge requirements and results from business and architecture perspectives.
11. Sophisticated spoken and written English is a MUST!
