IXO is seeking a senior designer to participate in remote design interviews, where you articulate your approach to design problems, craft judgments, and decision criteria. You may contribute as the designer being interviewed or as the interviewer guiding the discussion.

The engagement involves discussing trade-offs across product, UX, brand and related design areas, and explaining your critique process with supporting portfolio evidence. Remote, with recording and structured sessions.

Qualifications

• Senior designer with a developed view of craft, critique and completion standards.
• Ability to explain decisions clearly and support experience with a portfolio.
• Experience in product, user experience, brand or adjacent design disciplines.

Responsabilités

• Prepare to discuss a design problem and the criteria you use to judge quality.
• Explain trade-offs in product, UX, brand or another relevant design discipline.
• Distinguish a strong solution from one that looks convincing but fails in practice.
• Describe your critique process and the evidence that supports a release decision.
• When interviewing, ask focused follow‑up questions that make the other designer's reasoning clear.
• Review the session afterward and resolve any requested clarifications.
