Pharma and life sciences organizations in Europe face a unique challenge: moving AI from pilot to production while meeting strict regulatory and audit demands. The industry expects delivery that is not only fast and reliable but also stands up to scrutiny from both business and compliance leaders. This Senior Delivery Manager role is hybrid, based in France and centers on AI-native delivery for clients who cannot afford missteps. You will shape how delivery is run, embedding AI and data practices across the engineering lifecycle and operating model. The mandate is to ensure outcomes, quality and compliance are achieved at scale, with measured results that matter to clients. The work is visible at the highest levels and the stakes are real.
