Five9 is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end software delivery and release management. This hybrid Porto role requires coordinating with product, engineering, operations, and customer support to ensure timely, high-quality releases aligned with business goals.

You will champion CI/CD practices, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement while building strong stakeholder relationships and driving release metrics across cycles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related work experience.
• Proven ability to inspire cross-functional teams in complex environments.
• Strong collaboration skills across multiple teams.
• Deep understanding of the SDLC, CI/CD, and release management.
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Ability to manage expectations and timelines.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement release schedules; meet deadlines and business needs.
• Coordinate release pipeline across development, QA, operations and support; ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee full release lifecycle from planning to post-release support.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and stakeholders to prioritize releases.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks; develop mitigation strategies.
