Job summary

Airbus Defence & Space, in collaboration with AIRBUS DS SLC SAS, seeks a Senior Business Developer to bridge Public Safety & Security with the global Defence market. You will validate strategy, identify high-value extensions, and support regional teams navigating complex local military ecosystems near Paris/Versailles.

You will drive portfolio analysis, engage stakeholders, and lead workshops to shape critical developments and compliance roadmaps, including NATO classifications.

Qualifications

• University degree required; defence sector experience preferred.
• 10–15 years in defence and COMMs, with strategic advisory background.
• Deep understanding of defence comms or C4ISR and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Bridge Public Safety & Security solutions with Defence market needs.
• Analyze gaps between current offerings and defence requirements.
• Collaborate with regional leads to build value maps and influence networks.
• Lead customer exploration workshops and capture end-user feedback.
• Define roadmap for certifications (e.g., NATO classifications).
• Synthesize regional intel into a cohesive global strategy.
